About the role:
As a Community Success Manager at Taiko, you will play a key role in fostering an engaged and thriving community of Taiko users and developers. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our community members, solving their problems, and accelerating the adoption of Taiko. You’ll be the first touch point with our community, and create an atmosphere that provides a positive and welcoming home for our new and existing community members.
Besides Community Management functions, this role has a distinctive role in supporting our ecosystem partners in maintaining effective relations after any integration by coordinating PR activities, creating and reviewing announcements and monitoring the ongoing relationship, among others.
Responsibilities:
Community engagement:
- Work with Taiko’s existing Community Manager and Head of Community, to develop and implement strategies to engage the Taiko community across various channels, including but not limited to Discord, social media, and developer communities.
- Interact with Taiko’s community members, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and facilitating discussions on a daily basis.
- Organize and moderate Community Calls, AMAs, video livecasts, and other initiatives to foster belonging and collaboration among the Taiko community.
- Participate in external events/public conversations/hackathons.
Partner success:
- Work with Taiko’s existing and future partners to coordinate PR activities.
- This role will include drafting announcements of our partnerships/integrations towards our community and social media in general, as much as reviewing the content that our partners may create on their end before it’s released.
- Work directly with the Partnerships team to monitor the relation with partners for potential identification of future co-campaigns/activities.
Content creation & moderation:
- This role has the distinctive responsibility of creating high-quality content on Taiko’s Twitter & other social media accounts.
- This role will also be responsible opening up any future accounts/channels to expand our communications, e.g. implement ways to cover our ecosystem news.
- Manage and engage in other forums, such as Discord, Discourse and Reddit. Posting updates, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations.
About you – you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of Community Manager or similar relevant working experience in the Ethereum/ZK/blockchain space.
- Good to have: experience in marketing, event organization.
- Be flexible as you may be required to work unsociable hours from time to time.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in the zk-rollup/zkEVM/Ethereum space. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to create high-quality content for different mediums.

The Position

This is a unique opportunity to work as an associate level in-house legal counsel on a fully remote team. You’ll be helping Status’ Legal lead in supporting Finance, Marketing, People Ops, and one of the most innovative Core Developer teams in blockchain.
Your input from a legal perspective will include, among other things, regulatory research, contract management, and compliance monitoring and general advice. You’ll get immediate hands-on experience in legal issues in jurisdictions across the globe and you’ll be working on cutting edge issues at every turn, whether blockchain technology law, intellectual property, employment law, or basic contract management.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience as a practising lawyer or regulatory and compliance specialist (preferably with a tech-focused firm or in the financial markets industry, but not essential);
- Awareness and basic knowledge and understanding of cross border legal and regulatory issues and of erse legal systems;
- At least a basic awareness of and passion for Web 3.0;
- Fluent in English for professional legal settings.

About the role
As a senior product designer at GFX Labs, you will primarily be focused on improving the user experience in Oku by building novel designs and implementing the latest features. In your role, you will work closely with the frontend engineering to balance pixel-perfect design with realistic execution.

- Work with the CTO to ensure core protocol roadmap alignment with customer feedback, trends and competitive activity.
- Manage features backlog. Help product engineering team prioritize the right features and be the key person ensuring that these features are shipped in an efficient, timely manner.
- Coordinate product engineering to build complementary products to the main protocol (dev tooling, SDKs, dashboards, apps)
- Work with our BD team to identify the most attractive customer segments, use cases, and to improve product positioning, messaging and strategies to win those clients. Inform the creation of content, marketing, and sales collateral to support the customer journey and drive product adoption.
- Track metrics of success and report on the findings with data-driven analytics.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product experience including 2 years managing crypto product(s) (preferably B2B solution(s) for developers), and 2 years of technical product management
- Understanding of solidity and smart contracts - Product lead won’t need to write code, but needs to understand it and high level review it with clients, pulling engineers in when needed
- Hands-on experience using crypto products (dapps, bridges, wallets, etc.)
- Extensive experience working with SDKs and APIs
- Ability to understand and break down processes of complex technical and economic structures
- Experience writing out user stories and user story mapping, prototype development and testing
