< class="h2">Experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in UX design.

  • You will be in charge of how our customers interact with Relevize. Consequently, you will be expected to make critical decisions for how the user will interact with our platform.

    • You should be able to analyze tradeoffs when making decisions.

    • You can articulate design decisions in written and verbal form to convey them to stakeholders, engineers, and various other employees at the company.

    • You should have experience leading UX strategy on another design team.

  • You have experience - and feel comfortable - leading a design team.

    • You should be able to facilitate empathetic design discussions with both clients and internal users.

    • You want to lead a small and growing team.

  • You enjoy talking to customers to receive frequent feedback on designs before building.

< class="h3">Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma (our design tool of choice)

  • Advanced skills in visual design

  • Understand design systems and can build a UI component framework to make it easy to implement for engineers

  • Able to conduct user interviews to get unbiased feedback from users

< class="h2">About the Team & Where You Will Fit
  • We use the Kanban agile methodology for our team, with a few agile ceremonies like daily stand ups and product reviews.

  • You will be working on the product team and closely with engineering.

  • You will be managing another talented designer which includes helping them prioritize their work and helping them develop in their career.

  • You will be leading UX planning for the product team and making sure there is a constant pipeline of feature work for engineers to implement.

  • We are a small, growing team so you should expect to wear multiple hats (and enjoy that type of environment).

  • We foster a collaborative team environment where we value autonomy, collaboration, transparency, continuous growth/learning, and psychological safety.
