< class="h2">Experience
-
Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in UX design.
-
You will be in charge of how our customers interact with Relevize. Consequently, you will be expected to make critical decisions for how the user will interact with our platform.

You should be able to analyze tradeoffs when making decisions.

You can articulate design decisions in written and verbal form to convey them to stakeholders, engineers, and various other employees at the company.

You should have experience leading UX strategy on another design team.

You have experience - and feel comfortable - leading a design team.

You should be able to facilitate empathetic design discussions with both clients and internal users.

You want to lead a small and growing team.

You enjoy talking to customers to receive frequent feedback on designs before building.

Advanced proficiency with Figma (our design tool of choice)

Advanced skills in visual design
-
Understand design systems and can build a UI component framework to make it easy to implement for engineers

Able to conduct user interviews to get unbiased feedback from users

We use the Kanban agile methodology for our team, with a few agile ceremonies like daily stand ups and product reviews.

You will be working on the product team and closely with engineering.

You will be managing another talented designer which includes helping them prioritize their work and helping them develop in their career.

You will be leading UX planning for the product team and making sure there is a constant pipeline of feature work for engineers to implement.
