The role

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll help us scale a fast-growing B2B demand engine with credible product-market fit as we bring our innovative product to more businesses. 

We are looking for an organized, action-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to accelerate the performance of our growth marketing programs and channels through experimentation and optimization. More specifically, you will help us acquire new customers by helping us run our paid marketing programs (paid Google, paid social), inbound channels (SEO), and outbound channels (ABM). 

You will create, plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate and nurture sales leads. You will partner with and collaborate with the broader team including Sales, Customer Experience, and Product.

Growth is the company’s #1 priority, and you’ll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. You will…

  • You will lead the development and execution of marketing programs across a variety of channels to help us acquire new customers.

  • Help us run and monitor paid acquisition channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, display-retargeting programs) and deliver a CAC that is better than the industry standard. 

  • Help us run and grow our non-paid acquisition channels (website, SEO).

  • Help us run our other programs including ABM/account-based marketing campaigns, referrals, and content marketing/ 

  • Own and monitor reporting for demand generation metrics from Salesforce, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, and proactively translate this data into actionable insights.

  • Collaborate on strategic plans for Resolve's growth and marketing.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product to successfully launch new product-centric and top-of-funnel campaigns that impact the entire funnel.

  • Stay on top of B2B marketing news and demand generation tools to discover and pursue new growth opportunities.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers and industry.

 

The ideal candidate is / has: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience in supply chain, fintech, payments, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory sector. 

  • Expertise in at least one of the following channels: SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, events, content, and/or display retargeting ads.

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Unbounce, and/or Google Analytics.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills 

  • A growth mindset and strong accountability mentality.

  • Strong innovation skills - you think in “first principles” of innovative ways to boost conversion rates and get new customers 

  • You are scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver

  • A team player mindset with a strong sense of “tenacious ownership” and “get things done” attitude

  • Collaborative and listens to understand before commanding and controlling. 

  • Proven track record of delivering a successful marketing campaign 

  • The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities (ability to make trade-offs effectively) and adapt rapidly to a fluid, high-growth environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • A fully-remote startup environment.

  • Experience working on campaigns that target CFOs and/or accounting and finance leaders.
