Requirements

• 4+ years testing and QA experience at either a fast-paced startup or a rapidly growing product led company
• Been responsible for testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting
• Comfortable collaborating with Data, Product, and Engineering teams
• Continuously looking to improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions)
• Can thrive in a remote first international autonomous environment
• Loves transparency
