Taskrabbit is looking for an Inidual to help lead the next phase of taskrabbit’s growth for Engineering. As a Technical Program Manager you will help implement standardized processes, develop Engineering focus onboarding, manage Vendor relationships, help drive improvements based on engineering key performance indicators.

You will be:

  • Work with Engineering Managers organize cross team processes
  • Manage tools and vendor relationships for Security Engineering
  • Assist in planning team events and engineering socal remote functions
  • Contribute to developing and reporting Engineering focus metrics and KPIs
  • Assist Engineering in building a engineering focus onboarding
  • Assist Engineering with planning, coordination and execution of company goals
  • Work with the different engineering teams in resolving security vulnerabilities to reduce the risk surface
  • Work with legal, IT, Security and People Ops to build and implement new security policies and training company wide.

You should have:

  • 2 years Program management experience
  • 1 year Scrum Master Training
  • Previous experience working with Engineering teams to drive closure for Security vulnerabilities to reduce risk surface area
  • The ability to work with security and engineering teams to implement security tooling and reportings
  • Experience tracking and reporting on security risk and vulnerabilities to relevant stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written skills
  • The ability to simplify highly technical topics and for iniduals at all levels throughout the company
  • The ability to handle ambiguity and fast paced work environment
  • Able to problem solve and propose solutions
  • Experience working with engineers to drive a detection and response program
  • Driven and operated a digital take down program with legal and relevant stakeholders
  • Built and managed a Security incident post mortem program identify and driving resolution of action items and improvements
  • The ability to identify security concerns around upcoming projects and business initiatives
