We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to embed within our Sportsbook and Casino Product team to lead on the development of the experiences that engage our users and achieve our mission of reimagining entertainment for fans.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for both product planning, management, and marketing for our Sportsbook and Casino products. This includes managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with marketing, compliance, trading, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.If you're interested in joining a passionate team of designers that are designing features that will be used by fans across the world, come help us do that.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for the Midnite Sportsbook & Casino products.
- Engage with senior team members in marketing, acquisition, tech, trading, compliance and product to understand their needs and ensure alignment on the objectives for what the product experience needs to achieve.
- As the first PM to join, flex into related competencies such as Marketing and User Research as needed
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Act as a leader within the company
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager shipping beloved products at scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about esports, gaming, and sports.
- Shrewd ability to prioritize
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, trading, marketing, and other key stakeholders
- Ideally you have experience in an early-stage high growth startup environment and/or sports betting
