YOUR PURPOSE Coin Metrics is recruiting a Product Analyst. The Product Analyst will join our Network Data product team to focus on supporting research, development and maintenance for our Network Data suite of products. YOUR VALUE
Conducting market research on potential product features. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Providing estimates to the Product Manager on delivery timing based on feedback by engineering teams. Surfacing and escalating delivery blockers. Developing test scenarios/plans and engaging in product QC. Articulating product requirements to engineering teams and ensuring requirements are understood. Testing product ideas, prototypes and newly released products with customers. Understanding the competitive landscape. Helping to coordinate and shape user research by working with our UX/user researchers. Briefing and training the sales and customer success team and helping to articulate product selling points, pricing and positioning strategies. Assisting with client and prospect requests (including research requests and data requests) Updating/refreshing product documentation in GitBooks and elsewhere (e.g., sales collateral, website) and reviewing and suggesting updates on API documentation related to product.
YOUR EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of crypto and cryptoassets Understanding of cryptoasset analytics/metrics Strong analytical skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
