Why Join Us?

For more than 20 years, John Sobczak has helped the US Government select, build, and deploy  technology solutions that create predictable outcomes and improve the nation's mission critical cyber  posture. In 2017, John founded RockITek to focus exclusively on emerging and niche technology that  provide new, enhanced, and even radical approaches to cybersecurity challenges. By focusing on the Presales Data Engineer needs of our partners and truly partnering with them to augment their capabilities, we accelerate their  adoption into the Government space.

It's this relationship with our teaming partners that sets us apart from typical government technology  distributors. We don't just sell their products, we join forces with them to accelerate their growth in the  government market. As a result, our partners innovate technologies that are enabling key initiatives, like  secure telework throughout the US Government, and experiencing two-year growth rates similar to the  264% that we realized.

Like our Business Model, Our Culture is Different

Everyone in our company has the responsibility to speak up and the authority to make decisions, which is  the best way to solve problems. We're a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself and  bringing your unique talents and ideas to make a direct impact.

“Every member of our team is a critical component to not only RockITek's success, but also the success  of our partners and customers. They are empowered, trusted, and responsible for managing their own  day, workload, and deadlines. At RockITek, we take the time to strategize, ideate, and support each other  without the fear of judgement or criticism because we are all focused on the end goal: client success.”  John Sobczak, RockITek CEO

“While we don't take ourselves too seriously, we do take our mission very seriously. If we don't see value  or aren't enjoying doing what we do, we stop and reassess why we're doing it at all.” Tina Scogin,  Director of Business Operations
