As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek to bring on Tech Lead for the QA Team. We are seeking world-class, motivated, and passionate iniduals. You will be working closely with our product team and business stakeholders to ship great software. As an early member of this team, you will co-create all the infrastructure and processes with the engineering team. To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Performing routine inspections and quality tests.

• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.

• Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.

• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.

• Making recommendations for improvement.

• Creating training materials and operating manuals.

• Developing and executing exploratory as well as automated tests in order to ensure software product quality.

• Estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities.

• Ensuring that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience leading QA Teams.

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in manual and automation testing

• Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.

• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.

• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.

• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Passion for process automation and software quality.

• Experience in API testing (with tools like insomnia, postman, jmeter)

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learner.

• The ability to work in a dynamic environment which can be changed frequently

• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English

• Familiar with Typescript and React.

• Familiar with CI, CD processes

• Experience with JIRA preferred
