Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Salesforce Administrator with data loading, creating/updating Salesforce records, and mass mailings through Adobe Acrobat Sign
• Database maintenance, reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses
• Discuss issues/concerns, while providing ideas and suggestions for resolution
• Identify barriers to increased performance, opportunities for automation and streamlining, along with possible solutions, and communicate to management
• Work collaboratively with manager or Supervisor to discuss, determine and execute improvement opportunities based on inidual quality results
• Communicate clearly, timely and effectively in both written and oral formats with all internal and external customers
• Manage and prioritize assignments to ensure targets and deliverables are met

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience working with large data sets
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to use Vlook up and creation of Pivot Tables), Word, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Sign
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting
• Salesforce Administration
• Organizational and interpersonal skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
