We are seeking a talented and experienced PowerPoint Animator & Illustrator to help create high-quality, professional videos for our clientele of high-end estate planning lawyers. This role requires someone to take initiative to ensure the director’s script for the audio and visual components are synchonized seamlessly and intuitively in the PowerPoint presentation. This person should also have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual stories. You will be in charge of designing custom characters and icons, creating animation within PowerPoint, and coordinating with actors for voiceover and music.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create custom design characters and icons in a classy, professional style suitable for a high-end professional audience.
2. Revise and edit videos quickly in accordance with required timelines.
3. Develop and implement advanced PowerPoint animations to create seamless, engaging videos.
4. Collaborate with our team to convert storyboard ideas into powerful, captivating animations.
5. Align with voiceover artists and musicians to incorporate audio elements into the video production.
6. Continuously update and improve upon animation techniques, keeping up with industry trends and advancements.
7. Ensure all design and animation aligns with the overall brand aesthetic and the objectives of each specific project.
8. Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure videos meet project requirements and client expectations.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint with a deep understanding of its animation capabilities.
3. Proven experience in character design and illustration.
4. Experience creating professional-grade videos, preferably for a professional services or legal audience.
5. Proficiency in other design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
9. Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively on a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Experience working with estate planning lawyers or understanding of estate planning.
2. Prior experience in a fast-paced, agency-type environment.
3. Knowledge of other video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
4. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
