i360 Technologies has an immediate need for a full-time Jr Recruiter with social media capabilities. The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn recruiting and abilities to research and develop social media presence. The ideal candidate will love to "hunt" and search for hard-to-find skill sets and navigate creative ways to find and connect with candidates. Internship experience in sourcing, recruiting, marketing, or a similar role in the HR department is welcome. This work is remote on-boarding NOW. Responsibilities:

  • Execute LinkedIn Recruiter searches to identify and find "hard to find" resources, and cultivate a "hunter" mentality when it comes to finding great candidates.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and pivot to new tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates within a reasonable response time and provide response accuracy, and internal cooperation
  • Create a weekly/ad hoc communication with the recruiter, hiring managers, and operations as needed regarding details of the pipeline for effective selection of candidates. (Requisition details, next steps, candidate flow, hard-to-fill nuances, offer status)
  • Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy
  • Navigate, create and utilize recruitment technology and tools for sourcing strategies and job postings within LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable
  • Works together with the recruitment team to define candidate personas
  • Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates including initial reach outs and routine follow-ups
  • Execute Boolean search strings
  • Identify preliminary screening questions and capture relevant candidate information for recruiter and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a erse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a social media presence
  • Willingness to learn the federal consulting space
  • Maintain attention to detail in recruiting processes, including proper candidate pipeline documentation and hiring procedures.
  • Build relationships focused on candidate experience and customer service

Requirements

  • Candidates must like to hunt and search for hard-to-find resources. Enjoy creative ways to initiate searches for these candidates.
  • 6 months - 3 years of sourcing or recruiting or similar experience in HR -will train the right person with a great attitude and a thirst for learning.
  • Familiar with developing a social media brand and communications
  • Demonstrated prior experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to pivot daily as recruitment priorities change
  • Willingness to learn and accept instructions from senior team members
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and pivot to new tasks as needed throughout your day.
  • Incredible attention to detail and follow up
  • Be able to learn and have fun at work
  • Must be a US Citizenship
