About the opportunity As a Data Scientist, you will explore, mine, and build data and leverage it using advanced analytical techniques to help drive critical business decisions.
How You’ll Take Flight With Flock
- Perform analyses on large datasets using statistical and AI techniques to derive insights
- Design and build seamless decision support tools that leverage advanced analytical techniques
- Understand and augment key data sources to be leveraged in decision making
- Work with teams from across the business to execute on data and analytics needs to help them better understand tactical and strategic opportunities
About You
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- You are a thought leader in the industry and have a strong understanding of what a strong data science program looks like
- You are passionate about creating a data-driven culture
- You have previous experience working at a start-up and understand how to build from the ground up
- Strong experience using Python and its core AI/ML/OR packages
- Strong SQL and data processing skills
- Experience modeling data to drive analytics
- Experience in Tableau
- Ability to communicate and drive for solutions to complex and abstract problems
- Effectively communicate, and seek to understand and be understood

Main Stack: Typescript (Node.js), React, Golang, some Scala, Postgres, Elastic, Dynamo. Hosted on AWS (k8s, sns) using Docker.
Camera Firmware: Embedded Android running on a custom PCB that we develop in house.
Machine Learning: Pytorch, TensorFlow, TF Serving, Kubernetes
