About this role:
The iRhythm Software Engineering team is looking for a strong software engineer to join our team, either in our San Francisco headquarters or remote. As a front-end engineer on iRhythm’s Software Engineering team you will have the opportunity to develop the web-based user interface for a suite of clinical tools that iRhythm relies on to review and classify arrhythmia in ECG recordings, focused on quality, usability, and design. This position provides an opportunity to work with a talented team on a erse, innovative set of SaaS based solutions within the medical device & service industry. This role will work 100% remote from a home office based in the United States. Note we are unable to provide any sort of sponsorship for this role.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Develop browser-based client-side components for iRhythm’s ECG analysis tools.
- Collaborate with iRhythm’s UX team to implement a redesigned user experience.
- Collaborate with peer front-end engineers and back-end engineers to produce creative and pragmatic designs that result in a functional, usable, efficient, performant software.
- Develop unit tests for code developed, participate in peer code reviews.
- Keep current with web UI technology and UX trends.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience developing web applications in a cross-browser environment.
- Proficiency in Angular (2 or later), HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
