Re:Coded is looking for a Trainer for our UX/UI Design programs ASAP (The tentative start date is 1st of July)!

Do you have experience in graphic, visual or communication design, multimedia, or art direction? Are you passionate about Design and Education? If you’ve answered yes, this role could be a great fit! Re:Coded is a globally distributed team and this is a 100% remote role. We are primarily seeking candidates who are located between UTC and UTC+4 time zones but would like to hear from you if you are a great fit and reside elsewhere in the world.

< class="h4">  < class="h4">What you'll do

This is a 100% remote role, . We're a young team which means you'll have a lot of growth opportunities during your first year (and beyond) at Re:Coded. Here's what you can expect, and we’ll also leave space for you to define your role, too!

In your first 90 days, you'll:

  • Deliver lectures and facilitate peer-to-peer critique.
  • Design interactive and motivational classroom activities to fully engage participants and to reinforce student learning.
  • Create a safe and collaborative environment where students understand that helping their peers betters their own experience.
  • Respond to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner.

In your first year, you’ll...

  • Provide feedback to team members by conducting weekly 1-on-1s and over-communicating on a daily basis.
  • Integrate feedback from team members on progress of class.
  • Learn and understand the needs of our learners and e into the research to discover new insights specific to the courses we build.
  • Develop and update learning materials.
  • Help build courses across a range of online learning platforms.
  • Leverage passion as a force for motivation by sharing what you are passionate about with your students and working those topics into lesson plans as appropriate.
  • Help develop opportunities for the tech ecosystem by conducting additional workshops and training.

 

< class="h4">We’re looking for someone with:

 

    • a deep understanding of and ability to teach students: User Experience, Visual Design, Digital Design, Design Systems, User Testing, Usability.
    • a portfolio of work representing user experience, visual design and usability.
    • experience using Design, User Experience, Front End Tools and technologies (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, XD or Adobe Sketch)

Bonus points if…

 

 

  • Working knowledge of Arabic or Turkish.

  • You're able to start on July 1st 2022

MENA (Egypt-Yemen-Turkey-Morocco): $22,461- $26,516 Gross

Asia (India): $24,901- $29,406 Gross
