We nerd out about everything — whether it’s the 7-day trend of a Pokemon card’s value, synthetic vs. Kolinsky brushes for miniature painting, or which dotted notebook ghosts more: Rhodia or Moleskine. We’re looking for a serious Content Writer (DE) to write about their passions, and bring their favorite topics to life on GAVEL.
What you will do 😎
* Create a content strategy and digital identity in close collaboration with business units by testing current trends and creating a signature GAVEL brand experience
* Create and edit written pieces of materials following the company's tone of voice* Keep consistency across channels to ensure that content is optimized for the target audience across different digital platforms (Social Media, CRM, web, App)* Absorb, analyze and transpose briefs, data, and insights into new creative ideas.* Once briefed - demonstrate the ability to concept and execute (within ToV) ideas across social and digital platforms (from initial concept through final design execution)* Be an excellent storyteller – able to define a story's narrative and arc truly.* Collaborate and be a part of all aspects of Social content production* Research key trends in relevant content and activity* Work with Graphic and Video departments to make fresh, on-trend, innovative material* Advise on improving content across all platforms and departments* Identify and implement new approaches to communicating our main category initiatives through ongoing brainstorming and collaboration with product and marketing teamsMust-have qualifications 🧐
* You are a native German speaker, and you are fluent in English
* 4+ years of experience working in the e-commerce or live shopping industry* Extensive knowledge of TCG, Pokemon trends, terminology, and challenges specific to the live shopping industry* Skilled at translating business language, processes, and complex ideas into compelling headlines, taglines, and copy in general* Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to craft explicit, compelling content that puts audience needs at the center and explains advanced ideas and technology in ways that are accessible to everyoneFeel free to share your portfolio with us in your application here or send it to our Senior Recruiter at daniel[at]letsgavel.com
