* Lead technical design and implementation of our ML pipelines
* Define how data flows and how infra is managed from scratch* Directly drive the product roadmap and impact business metrics* Define our engineering culture and build a world-class team with us✨ Must Have
* Design and implement end-to-end features, as a proactive hustler and pick up new things quickly
* Think out of the box, and share our passion for empowering product teams with cutting-edge technology* Enjoy and thrive in fast-moving startups and highly autonomous environment* Experience working with NLP and large language models as well as frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras* A strong intuition about customer needs and obsessed with listening to users🚀 Good to have
* Previous experience building productivity software
* Previous experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering on LLMs* Previous experience building and deploying on AWS* Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startupLocation: This role is open to remote candidates with a preference towards those in the US or with some time-overlap with the US pacific time zone. We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and plan to gather with our remote teammates at least once per year.
