We will count on your experience in complex billing to ensure our invoices are issued accurately and timely. Your professional cross functional communication expertise will be pivotal as you interact with our Finance, Sales, Licensing, and Operations team members. Your emotional intelligence when speaking with our external customers is essential. In fact, half of Fortune 10 companies run on Gurobi—as do 70% of the world’s top tech companies!   What you will be doing?                                                                                         ·  Invoice creation with complex billing schedules ·  Co-terming existing licenses and relating revenue recognition terms ·  Post AR payments in our financial systems ·  Communications with internal and external customers regarding orders, payments, and portals. ·  Manage customer sales tax exemption certificates, maintenance renewal invoices, and collection activities ·  Support full cycle accounting functions                                            · Spend sufficient time reviewing order details before they are entered into our financial system and sent to customers                                                                         What you should have?    Language Proficiency: Spoken and written English fluency   Academic: 3+ years relevant billing experience or accounting degree                              Work Experience: 3 years of relevant billing or accounts receivable experience, entry-level general ledger experience, CRM experience, NetSuite experience (or similar ERP), proficiency in MS Office Suite           Skills & Abilities:                                                                                     · Experience in complex billing                                                                                             ·  Manual data entry                                                                                                ·  Exposure to International tax laws   ·  Solution oriented with maintaining a long-term relationship with the internal or external customer    ·  Reaches out to teammates for assistance engages in discussion to resolve issues                                   ·  Can manage tasks from beginning to end, without time delays in the process                                                                      ·  Ability to take multiple steps to complete an objective ·  Strong attention to detail ·  Excellent written and spoken communication skills, ·  Ability to work in a well-paced environment independently and collaboratively.     ·  Ability to work across time-zones in a remote environment    ·  Calm and personable when meeting a deadline   · Fit well with our multi-cultural team to build a better Gurobi                                           Specialized Knowledge: · Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce/CRM and proficiency in MS Office.
