About the Role
As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will be responsible for researching, prioritizing and reaching out to potential customers, owning the sales process from initial contact to booking the first meeting. Working closely with DraftWise’s Head of Sales, you will be many customers’ first interaction with our company, building relationships with executives at the world’s largest law firms.
Your main goal will be to get in touch and build relationships with prospective customers, with your primary outreach channels being email, cold calling and LinkedIn. Ahead of this, you will work with our Head of Sales to identify and prioritize the best candidates for outreach. Hustle, resilience and creativity are all assets.
We are a small team and expect all members to flexibly help wherever the company needs them the most - if you have an idea for what the DraftWise sales process needs, we want to empower you to pursue that project. You will have broad ownership over your initiatives, the ability to shape our culture as we grow and flexibility over your schedule.

We're looking for employees who have:

It's also great if you have:
* Interest in designing scalable company processes from an early stage* Familiarity with B2B software sales, especially in the enterprise space* Familiarity with the standard sales technology stack (CRM, engagement software and prospecting tools)* Familiarity with the legal sector
