Job Description

You will find the right talents for Jobbatical and create the wow experience for all parties involved in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with managers to understand the business and hiring needs and to suggest best solutions 
  • Building highly efficient full-cycle recruitment process 
  • Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
  • Evaluating candidates to ensure we bring in people who share our values and complement the team
  • Contributing to wider talent acquisition initiatives
  • Participating in other People & Culture team projects


The following qualities make you successful on this position:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading & executing full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Experience in working with leaders, being able to consult and train them on today’s most effective selection methods
  • Being social media & digital channel savvy
  • Strong online candidate sourcing skills
  • Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results
  • Plus points if you have experience at a hyper-growth stage tech-startup
