The Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Math educator to serve as a Content Associate. By offering high-quality standards-aligned Math lessons for free, we hope to empower millions of students to take charge of their futures and improve their lives.
As a Content Associate, you’ll leverage your intuition for what matters to deliver high-quality learning content, robust coverage, and usage. You will scale math content to ensure our learners receive sufficient practice for skill mastery. You won’t be working in isolation; you’ll be working closely with other members of the content team.
Our content team includes content creators from around the world who make our videos, articles, and practice questions. Today, our courses include nearly every math topic from K-14, science and humanities content covering high school and early college, test prep for several national exams, and much more! In the years ahead, we want to double down on making our courses great in classrooms and help push online education to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with the content team to expand our Math courses by leveraging market research, your subject matter expertise, and your intuition for learner needs
- Create and curate high-quality content on schedule, designing and developing new standards-aligned exercises and articles, leveraging pre-existing resources from Khan Academy and third parties
- Learn and use our content management system to improve existing courses and build new courses
- Act as an editorial expert by reviewing new content, participating in the maintenance of existing content, and working with partners
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven ability to create high-impact learning content in your discipline (minimum of 2 years of content development experience in Math, including Algebra I and grades 5-8 math)
- Strong intuition for how students like to learn and insight into common misconceptions (minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching/tutoring experience)
- Experience and aptitude working with multiple standards sets (e.g. NGSS, CCSS, State Standards) to ensure coverage and alignment during course development and curation
- Desire to teach at scale, engage with a broad array of learners, and question your assumptions about what’s most important for learners
- Desire to leverage online tools to publish quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate on content
- Impeccable command of written communication; an energetic can-do attitude as a fluent and efficient content creator, a keen editorial eye for high-quality text in exercises and articles, and a knack for empowering, supportive peer review

Title: Training Specialist
Location: BROOMFIELD CO US
Position purpose
ikeGPS is a technology company that operates in the North American utility poles market. One of our products, PoleForeman, is a Structural Analysis Engineering software application used to determine pole length and class in the design of overhead utility lines. The core responsibility for this position is instructing PoleForeman software training classes. To be successful in this role, a candidate must understand the fundamentals of overhead line design, pertinent aspects of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and General Order 95 (GO95).
As an IKE Training Instructor, you will develop and instruct training curriculums on the use of the PoleForeman software as well as provide training for Overhead Distribution Line Design and Joint Use Make Ready Engineering. Your teaching skills, industry knowledge, and subject matter expertise will be used to train personnel who design, construct, and maintain overhead utility lines at electric utilities, engineering firms, and communication companies. In addition, you will host internal training for new hires or other employees who seek to learn.
In this role, you will instruct both virtual and in person training sessions. You will be responsible for updating training content as needed to reflect updates in the software as well as updates in safety codes (NESC / GO95).
Position location
While preferably this position will be in Chelsea, Alabama, ikeGPS has a Work Anywhere policy that is an option for this position. Work Anywhere would require reliable high-speed internet as well as access to a major airport for travel.

Our Story
No Means No Worldwide (NMNW) is an international non-governmental organization whose mission is to end sexual and gender-based violence against women and children globally. NMNW trains Instructors in high-risk environments to deliver the proven No Means No curricula to girls and boys ages 10-20.
Through the No Means No program, girls increase their skills in assertiveness, boundary setting, and understanding of their rights, and develop the verbal and physical skills to defend themselves from sexual assault. Boys increase their gender equitable attitudes, learn skills to defend equality, avoid
violence, ask for consent, and intervene when witnessing or anticipating sexual assault. NMNW also works to increase girls’ and boys’ disclosure of experiences of sexual violence and provide referrals for comprehensive support.
Based on findings from researchers from institutions including Stanford University, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Nebraska that have shown the effectiveness of our approach, our program is endorsed by the WHO, UNICEF, CDC, USAID, World Bank, and the Global Partnership to End Violence against

The Curriculum and Training Specialist will report to the Curriculum and Training Manager and work on a team of 3 people focused on curriculum and training. They will contribute significantly to creating and/or adapting context-specific No Means No curricula and training materials, and will also assist with cataloging
and coordinating the entire suite of training materials. This inidual will support the delivery and assessment of No Means No training workshops, and work to utilize monitoring & evaluation feedback to inform training improvements. They will also contribute to pursuing innovative educational and
technology-based approaches to teaching gender-based violence prevention across a global setting. The Curriculum & Training Specialist will also support NMNW’s internal and external training cascade and certification processes, including development of assessment benchmarks.

Assist with designing, adapting, and coordinating virtual and in-person training materials and methodologies, ensuring that content is presented accurately and effectively

Required Qualifications
Degree in relevant field
At least 2+ years of experience developing youth-focused behavior change curricula and interactive training workshops
At least 2+ years of teaching / facilitation experience with both youth and adults
International or cross-cultural experience in curriculum design, education, and/or social development
Excellent facilitation skills and ability to successfully lead group learning workshops, especially through a learner-centered approach
Significant experience with behavior change methodology and participatory learning methods
Knowledge of and interest in gender equity, gender-based violence, and healthy gender norms

ANet’s Assessment Operations Team provides seamless guidance and support to our content specialists so we achieve all Math and English and Language Arts (ELA) production milestones in a timely and accurate manner. We are seeking part-time Temporary Assessment Operations Assistants to assist the Assessment Operations Team with the development, design, and production of standards-based Math and ELA interim assessments to be administered online and on paper. - Aid in the creation and revision of assessments in ANet’s Assessment Tool by selecting items, completing layout, and adhering to ANet’s style guide and assessment design principles
- Support in completing quality assurance testing of ANet’s online assessment delivery system (ADS) and its integration with ANet’s Assessment Tool

Responsibilities
Summary:
As a Training & Development Specialist, you will facilitate virtual instructor-led training of new hires and existing contact center associates. You will record and communicate training activities, learner progress, and attendance. You will also assist with the development and revision of training materials and teach multiple curricula across a variety of business units.
Responsibilities:
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Facilitate virtual classroom sessions across multiple time zones (EST, CST, and MST).
- Evaluate learner progress through academic assessments, hands on practice, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with an Instructional Designer to assess, update, and revise training materials.
- Participate in work groups to identify knowledge gaps and recommend learning solutions.

- Keep up with development in learning industry through reading current blogs, articles, professional association membership, and peer learning.
- Prepare for upcoming classes by reviewing the course material, creating the class records in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR), and welcoming the learners.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with stakeholders, such as Human Resources partners, frontline leaders, and subject-matter experts.
- Keep records for each class of attendance, academics, and significant observations.
- Effectively communicate classroom performance of learners to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist with maintaining the knowledge base by updating resources, flagging inaccuracies, and answering questions.
- Provide training support for business initiatives by providing train-the-trainer sessions and coaching agents.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of training strategies and principles, including adult learning theory, teaching and instruction for iniduals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

- You must reside in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but college students are welcome to apply with 1+ years of relevant experience.
