Hinge is at an inflection point in the growth of our users and our product team with the advancements of AI. You will lead design strategy and drive impact across the portfolio of two product groups. The first one is the Growth Product Group, which includes defining the new user experience for millions of daters, expanding Hinge to serve new geographic and demographic audiences, monetization, and partnership in digital marketing executions that are tied to Hinge’s product. POSITION SUMMARY BDC is bringing together policymakers, market actors, organized labor, environmental justice groups, advocates and other stakeholders across priority states and regions to co-create and advance a common approach to phasing out gas appliances. Together, the states we are targeting represent 60% of the U.S. gas demand in buildings.In this newly created position, the Illinois State Manager will bring deep energy and climate knowledge, political savvy, and coalition-building and campaigning experience to serve this place-based role in the respective region. The Illinois State Manager will report to the Director of State Mobilization and support BDC’s Groundswell campaign focused on accelerating nationwide momentum towards making building decarbonization and the clean energy transition inevitable. This position is designed for a highly motivated self-starter with prior local- and state-level building decarbonization policy and market development experience. The Illinois State Manager brings a knowledge and familiarity of the statewide players, the challenges and the opportunities in the state; and, will serve as the on-the-ground presence gaining expertise in the state’s existing strengths, gaps and greatest value add. About the role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Artist who is passionate about creating seamless and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall player experience by designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to take wireframes and bring them to life while improving the UX with visuals. You will be responsible for applying our current art style while also helping to push and define it.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for in-game menus, HUDs, character inventories, and more. Ensure a seamless and enjoyable player experience throughout the game.
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user testing.

- Maintain UI/UX design consistency throughout the game, ensuring that it aligns with the game’s art style, theme, and overall user experience.
- Prioritize accessibility in design, ensuring that all players, including those with disabilities, can enjoy the game without hindrance.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries for UI/UX components.
- Design and Implement medium to complex flows, screens, and components at a high-quality bar with minimal oversight.
