The Role

Were looking for a Paralegal for the Commercial Legal team. In this role, youll be a partner to the business, including sales, RFP, finance, marketing, and privacy teams on any commercial contract matters. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the contract process between the Sales, RFP, and Commercial Legal teams.
• Complete basic legal drafting, redlines, compare, review, and approval of a variety of agreements including Request for Proposals, Data Privacy Agreements, Privacy Questionnaires, Non-Disclosure Agreements, school vendor forms, and other bid-related contracts.

Who You Are

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
