This role requires an inidual with a strong technical background in: * Linux scripting and development* C Programming* Experience in interfacing with ASICs and Power Supply Units (PSUs)* Experience working on ARM control boards* API developmentThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing firmware for Bitcoin mining hardware, aiming to enhance efficiency, performance, and reliable remote management.Key responsibilities:* Develop, optimize, and maintain firmware for Bitcoin mining devices, focusing on performance improvement, power efficiency and remote management.* Develop or modify FOSS firmware with optimizations and changes needed to work for our requirements* Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of variety mining hardware from multiple vendors* Interface directly with ASICs and PSUs, diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues to maintain optimal mining operations.* Design and implement APIs for efficient communication between mining hardware and external services or platforms.* Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers to innovateand implement advanced solutions for mining challenges.* Stay abreast of the latest developments in cryptocurrency mining technology and protocols, integrating cutting-edge techniques into firmware development.-Strong proficiency in Linux scripting and development. -Proven experience in firmware development, particularly in the context of cryptocurrency mining hardware. -Hardware Programming expertise in C Language -In-depth knowledge of and experience with ASICs, Power Supply Units (PSUs), and other critical mining hardware components. -Skillful in API development, with the ability to design and integrate APIs for enhanced mining hardware functionality -Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a focus on optimizing mining operations for efficiency and performance. -Familiarity with Bitcoin mining protocols and algorithms, with the capability to adapt and optimize hardware accordingly. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to contributing to a dynamic and innovative team environment.
