Growth is the top priority for every company. Yet the best tools and practices are restricted to a few elite companies who can hire hundreds of engineers and data scientists. Everybody else loses 95% of their money on bad marketing. Mutiny is building a no-code platform that helps companies convert that waste into actual customers and revenue by personalizing experiences based on who is actually viewing.
This problem has not been solved in a decade and we are building an iconic company that will automate growth for every company. That's why Sequoia, YCombinator, and CMOs of companies such as Snowflake and Airbnb invested. Mutiny is beloved by some of the fastest growing companies including Notion, Brex, Carta, Segment, Algolia and Qualtrics. We have quadrupled revenue year-over-year with even more on the horizon!
The role
We are looking for a seasoned product manager to own data and analytics across Mutiny. This is an incredibly strategic area for us. You will closely partner with a team of engineers and designers to build out our underlying data platform and customer-facing analytics. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of your product area. The role of product manager can be simplified to three things:
* Define what it means for the product to be successful (strategy, roadmap, specs)
* Make sure everyone knows what it means for the product to be successful (communication, influence, motivation)* Make the product successful (execution, analysis, iteration)What you'll get out of it
* You are joining a rocketship! We are backed by Sequoia Capital, YCombinator, and CMOs from some of today's fastest-growing tech companies including AngelList, Carta, Gong, Hopin, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
* We are growing incredibly fast and about to hit another inflection point. The potential is unreal. Join and you’ll see what we mean* You will create a name for yourself by bringing a level of quality never before seen in this category while developing a spicy brand (in an otherwise boring space* You will get exposure to real business problems every company faces (growth) that you can take with you to start your own company (or to help scale another).* You will have fun, plain and simple. There is a reason our first company value is that work should feel like play. You will experience a new way of working.* Our team is fully distributed across the US and EU. But we come together as a company for quarterly offsites (usually in super fun places). This combination of experience-based working is a competitive advantage we plan on leaning into. The profile
* Prior experience with complex data at scale and complex data integrations
* Prior experience on high growth B2B or B2C products* Demonstrated experience building clear roadmaps based on competing priorities across customers and internal stakeholders* Prior experience building platform roadmaps* Prior experience in product analytics, or data engineering preferredYou’ll enjoy working with us if you believe:
Work should feel like playFaster always winsStir the post, regularlyDo the right thing when no one’s watchingAll hands on deckLive in the world you want to changeWe are fully remote and offer H1-B Sponsorship.

We are looking for a self-driven Senior Backend Engineer who can join us and take ownership of releases that they do.
Roles and Responsibilities

* Teamwork: Your success is directly proportional to how well you collaborate with your Frontend Partner. We’d expect you to be pro-active and communicate well over Slack and Calls.* Problem Solving: You’ll be solving hard problems in architecture and integrations that enable the business.* Delivery: We really value timely delivery. Speed is what makes us different. You should be ready to move fast and release.* Self-Driven: We’d like people who don’t like to be managed and want to be self-driven. You are not waiting for someone to tell you what to do.Experience and Qualifications
* 4-8 years experience of building backend applications.
* Experience in working in Ruby on Rails / Python Frameworks / Node frameworks* Strong Problem Solving skills - ability to breakdown complicated problems to smaller, simpler problems.* Have built applications from scratch, designed and modeled - strong in system design.* Excellent skills in SQL and Databases.* Bonus: Great Product understanding - be able to brainstorm how certain features should be built for product* Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.",

**About the Role:**You will manage a team of salespeople who are responsible for selling to corporate enterprises. These are entities that own several healthcare facilities.
If you are successful, here is what you will have accomplished in your first 90 days:
* Each week, You will have reported the enterprise sales funnel.
* Each week, you will have reported on the pipeline for your reps. This includes which opportunities were being worked on and what the next steps were.* You continuously “touched reality.” Each week you listened to and scored at least 20 calls in order to identify areas for improvement.* Each week, you conducted role plays with each of your direct reports in order to train them on key enterprise selling behaviors.* Each week, you found new opportunities for sales growth by analyzing sales metrics. For example, you might determine that reps who send more follow-up emails get higher sales – by analyzing the data – and you concluded that reps should follow up at least X times.* Each week, you conducted an experiment to capitalize on that opportunity and improve sales. For example, you might produce leave-behind documents for prospects that quantifies the value that they would receive. Another example is that you might experiment with targeting different types of facilities. For each experiment, you wrote a plan including your hypotheses, the metrics you wished to move, how you were going to move them, how you would track results, and what actions you would take based on those results.* You hired several highly capable enterprise sales executives. You sourced them and interviewed them. You adhered to our interview standards, which include realistic role-play interviews and thorough documentation of what you observed.* You monitored your reps closely and made changes in your team swiftly* You trained and certified your team on behaviors that are critical for high-value, complex sales. These behaviors include understanding and documenting multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, mapping the org chart of prospective customers, securing introductions to key stakeholders, streamlining legal reviews, identifying customer “champions”, enabling prospective customers to evangelize usage of our product among their organizations, establishing SMART plans to hold all parties (customers and CBH stakeholders) accountable, negotiating pricing and contract terms, forecasting results through long sales cycles by relying on strict qualifying criteria.",
