**What you will do-**
The Senior Lead Data Architect will be responsible for developing analytics needs within the Joint Replacement for Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning. You will work with a cross functional team to identify needs and develop sustainable analytics solutions to help the business operate smoothly. It is imperative they can clearly translate data into digestible reports and dashboards to engage internal clients and strategically drive actionable insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities include understanding business needs, translating requests into technical requirements, iterating over design, developing clear documents and reports, managing the prioritization of projects, and monitoring usage of the various analytics tools to gage overall value and identify opportunities. You must possess an understanding of measurement standardization and insight generation, use of business intelligence tools, such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, SAP and project management acumen. Our Ways of Working
We are a remote first company, with team members across the United States, spanning multiple time zones. However, the executive team has prioritized meeting in our Emeryville office monthly. We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together and this allows us deeper collaboration and business alignment as an executive team. Position Summary
Cohesive EMEA seeks a talented inidual to serve as a Reliability Consultant having worked as a Reliability Engineer with the capability to translate the engineering background and knowledge into software configuration and consultancy. The role would be working with the AssetWise Reliability (APM) software product, from the Bentley Systems parent company, inside the Cohesive Professional Services organization. This role reports to the Services Manager/Director responsible for project delivery using the AssetWise Reliability software. Cohesive EMEA provides professional services to users of the Bentley Asset Management software suite used by owners and managers of infrastructure assets. This Consultant role will collect requirements, implement software solutions including testing, provide documents and training and be involved in promoting solutions to new users as well as supporting existing users and systems.
This role will ideally be based in a location able to support EMEA and Middle East projects working with colleagues, teams and projects spread throughout EMEA. Travel will be expected to client sites throughout the Middle East and if needed globally based on project demands. Travel could be in excess of 50% of the working time.
Your Day-to-Day
- Working with the AssetWise Reliability (APM) software product and associated tools
- Participating as part of a team in the solution definition of user projects by translating requirements and processes into functional design for configuration and addition into software

What You Bring to the Team

About the team
Argyle’s Data Quality (DQ) team works alongside our Network Growth and Scanners (Engineering, Infra, R&D) teams. Together they form the Data build (vertical) whose mission is to achieve the maximum user conversion and the highest data quality of structured employment records available anywhere. Quality matters as much as quantity and this is where the DQ team comes in.
The team is at the very heart of our product and is responsible for data research, data knowledge management, data quality assurance and internal BI. The team’s mandate doesn’t end there with recent expansions into data engineering and automation fields. What will you do?

- Complete an onboarding project that reinforces your learnings from the first month (e.g. work with the product teams to understand usage around a particular feature )
Within three months, you will
- Take on projects that support our key stakeholders across the business in making great, informed decisions
- Monitor our company’s key performance indicators, and proactively investigate and communicate changes
- Answer ad hoc data questions and requests from teams across the company
Within six months, you will
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for various teams to help them understand progress towards key metrics and goals
- Proactively offer analysis and recommendations to other teams, based on your familiarity with our data and with our company’s key priorities
- Help improve our data enablement efforts to make it easier for everyone to effectively use our data tools
Within one year, you will
- Become a go-to expert on our analytics stack – writing efficient data transformations, analyzing and visualizing many different types of data for a variety of stakeholders, and enabling others at the company to do the same
- Help define the future state of our analytics organization!

Qualifications:
- You have relevant domain knowledge and experience in analytical roles (analytics, operations, data engineering, data science, etc.)
- You have experience working with SQL and business intelligence tools, such as Looker or Tableau
- You’re familiar with datasets from a multitude of sources, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk
- You’re an independent self-starter who can prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Your working hours overlap with 9am-5pm EST for at least 20 hours per week, so we have time to collaborate synchronously when necessary

Compensation and Benefits at Degreed
Degreed is passionate about pay transparency and we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $140,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Degreed is a remote-first company, however our roles are open to in-office or hybrid if you live in a city with a physical office location. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our US and International colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
