About the Role:
As our Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline for our Technical Support team and play an essential part in delivering a first-rate customer support experience. You will be a high performer, meeting and exceeding monthly goals with enthusiasm. You should be motivated by customer interaction and have a curiosity to learn about our products, processes, and mission.
The CSR is responsible for triaging and assisting with inbound support requests for Planet customers, partners, and field teams. This includes handling all administrative issues, non-customer requests, and the occasional peculiarity. You will also assist the Technical Support Engineers with the dispatch function of inbound customer requests, ticket assignment, and ticket handovers.
The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Planet organizational structure, internal applications, and standard support processes. This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires excellent interpersonal skills.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Assist our Global Customer Success team with customer-related activities
- Assist our Technical Support Engineers with ticket triage and dispatch
- Interact with customers and provide requested information
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to resolve customer related issues

SI’s digital team is seeking a Director of Programming. We are looking for a highly organized communicator who can manage our digital news desk with an audience-first approach that combines sound journalistic principles with an appreciation for analytics and a deep knowledge of how traffic moves across the internet.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, a master of style and an expert story editor who can identify holes in copy and help writers close them. We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced manager who will lead our news desk, manage the scheduling of editors to ensure robust coverage at the most important times and communicate our content and coverage plans across all parts of our organization (writers, editors, social, video, et al.). This editor will sit at the center of newsroom activity, coordinating copyflow and creating the programming plan for daily news coverage and tentpole events. They will also work closely with the writers and editors creating the content, ensuring that our content and programming plans are aligned, and that our content plan meets our audience’s needs.
The ideal candidate will have a clear picture of what sports audiences respond to, how to identify what’s working (or not), how to identify holes in our coverage and how to communicate our programming needs to the relevant teams. The mission of the Technical Communicator is to teach our customers about Metabase in the way that makes the most sense – by writing an article for our Learn section, creating a video, or drafting or producing training material. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to teach others and not be limited by one medium.
A typical day will involve a mix of: writing step by step articles for our Learn area, reviewing tickets handled by our Success Engineers to identify topics we have not covered in our available materials, creating short videos to teach our customers most quickly, and writing training material for our own use or for use by our customers. Any given week, you might listen in on customer calls to see what we could explain better, review discussions with our open source community in our forums to see what topics frequently come up, chat with our Success Engineers on topics that they have to explain to get what is in their heads into the format best digestible for our customers, and create a training topics outline for our customers to use in their own onboarding.

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $180,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
