Responsibilities
* As a founding PD, you'll be responsible for anything and everything design to make Simplify the best possible experience for job seekers
* You will work closely with our product, engineering, and growth teams to convert complex targets into them into simple, intuitive and elegant designs* You will independently conduct solution validation to identify and incorporate insights into design decisions to fulfill user and business needsRequirements
* 1 year+ experience with product and UI/UX design
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for detailed articulations of strategy, process, and working with engineering teams to deliver results* Experience navigating complex design challenges highlighting your end-to-end design process from concept through pixel-perfect designs",
