Description
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks an Information Security Sr. Specialist for its Johnston, RI location.
Duties: Assesses existing insider threat capabilities, identifies gaps, and develops technical and non-technical indicators. Evaluates and implements tools to mitigate insider threats. Partners with organization stakeholders to identify, implement, and document processes to mitigate insider risk. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple sources to improve the ability to prevent, detect, and respond to insider risks. Discerns patterns of complex threat actor behavior, communicates the state of current and developing Cyber threats to key stakeholders, and stays current with emerging trends and threats in the field of insider threat.
Requirements: Master s degree in Information Security Policy and Management, or a directly related field, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Full term of experience must include: Utilizing UEBA.UBA, SIEM to detect insider threat theft and sabotage activities; Querying data using SQL for fraud analysis; Utilizing Splunk to create dashboards and alerts; Developing indicators using security tools and log sources, including SIEM, DLP, UEBA, and badge data, specific to insider threat and data loss; Identifying insider threats and associated gaps by reviewing application access controls and logs in UEBA; Performing application administration using EUBA and DLP tools to ensure that applications are working as intended and that only authorized users can access applications; Utilizing networking, database, and server administration techniques, including architecture review and remediation, to ensure UEBA runs smoothly; and Using Splunk to perform statistical analytics and modeling for anomaly detection and alert tuning.
