POSITION SUMMARY As UpKeep’s Sales Operations Manager, you will be in a pivotal role to enable our Sales teams to be more efficient and effective. Your ultimate goal is to drive more high-quality revenue from lead gen to customer acquisition, to retention. You will own important functional areas such as tooling, internal processes and standards that drive our marketing, sales cycle, and customer journey. You will partner closely with members of our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive a strategic operations roadmap and ensure the teams are supported day-to-day. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully supporting a rapidly growing GTM team. This role requires a passion for data, self-motivation, detail oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  * Partner with GTM Leadership to define the sales operations strategy as it aligns and integrates the customer-facing teams (marketing, sales, customer success)* Partner with GTM leadership to define, build, and optimize the lead, sales cycle, and post sales cycle process to improve our pipeline throughput & retention initiatives* Manage relationship and program execution with strategic outsourced rev ops agency, reporting on project progress weekly and monthly* Build and maintain the Sales automation stack to ensure clean data synchronization between core systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.* Partner with Sales Leadership to centralize KPI dashboards for all revenue-generating teams* Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, process adoption, and consistency across all GTM functions* Enable a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline, and operating cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, reporting, territory creation and planning* Partner with cross-functional teams to review operational procedures, and develop scalable processes and solutions to address any inefficiencies, including ongoing documentation* Hands on configuration of Salesforce Platform including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc. * Act as a consultant to provide support for all GTM systems* Support in Territory design for new logo / account management / BDR teamsEXPERIENCE  * Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field * Preferred Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201)* Experience managing and supporting sales needs and questions around systems such as SFDC, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.* 3+ total years of operating experience in either Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Operations ideally at a B2B SaaS company* Managing, triaging, and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing system(s) * Advanced Google sheets/Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) KNOWLEDGE* Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals* Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as with business users. * Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users * Relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools DESIRED BEHAVIORS * Receptive to change – is flexible.
