Title:   Revenue Enablement Specialist

Location: Remote in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI

Role Description:

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support in the designing, creating and delivering of training, certifications, and sales performance improvement initiatives. In partnership with the Revenue Enablement team, you will coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives and goals. 

You will need to be genuinely passionate about sales, have an attitude of constantly striving to get better and have a passion for supporting the buildout of organizational and scalable capabilities whilst identifying process improvement. You will need to do so while remaining humble and focused on our mission of bringing best in class logistics to our customers.

What you’ll do:

* Improve and implement elements of Onboarding, Ongoing Enablement, and Development of sales knowledge and skills.

* Consistently own and update all content to ensure relevance with the support of the Director, Revenue Enablement. 
* Assess performance through various reports, surveys, interviews, and analyses. 
* Oversee processes and systems for efficacy and continuous improvement of the sales functions.
* Help identify OKRs (objectives and key results) for each program created along with dedicated timelines throughout each project undertaken.
* Assist in creating content, curriculum, exercises, and events as part of program delivery.  
* Collaborate with sales, sales leaders, marketing, product, customer success, and HR to achieve shared goals and success.
* Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

* 1+ years’ experience in a sales role.

* Experience in enablement, marketing, training, and learning and development preferred.
* Excellent communication skills that focus on storytelling, presenting, writing, and visual elements. 
* Demonstrated ability to support the delivery of measurable results to the business. 
* Proficient understanding of sales concepts, sales processes, and sales methodologies.
* Experience in building learning programs, curriculum, and eLearning preferred.
* Ability to use video editing tools to develop content along with other eLearning tools preferred.
* Mid-market sales experience or exposure in enablement is a plus.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $45,264 - $75,441.
