We are looking for a highly qualified Onboarding & Migration Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Here are the key responsibilities of the Onboarding & Migration Specialist:

  • Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support during the onboarding process.
  • Monitor migration timelines to ensure clients complete necessary requirements.
  • Execute data migrations for member information accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to define their unique needs and work with them to align their timeline with the realization of value from our system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that every step of the client journey meets or exceeds client expectations.
