Responsibilities: Application review, sourcing, networking, and interviewing tech-savvy medical doctors, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and therapists Expertly advise on process optimizationPartner closely with the Clinical Educator and Telemedicine Analytics, Operations & Provider Experience teams to deliver a seamless recruiting and onboarding experienceCollaborate with existing practitioner recruitment team, as well as executive leadership, to develop strategy, determine hiring priorities, and reduce talent acquisition costsCollect and analyze data to inform recruiting efforts, resource allocation, and improve provider retention Requirements: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of environments (specific focus on healthcare or tech recruiting is preferred)Bachelor's degree DIVERSITY STATEMENTWe are focused on building a erse and inclusive workforce.
