Material Depot is on a mission to be India’s largest tech company in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction space by democratising the ecosystem and bringing stakeholders onto a common digital platform. And for that, we are creating tools that will solve the most intricate challenges that professionals in the industry face.

We are solving the core challenge by creating an online material library for Architects, Interior Designers and Construction Professionals where they can discover materials from lacs of materials from thousands of brands. More than 30,000+ professionals currently use the platform to discover materials and designs for their projects.

The founding team includes people from top management consulting firms and colleges in India (like BCG, IITB), and have worked extensively in the construction space globally. Funded by prominent global VCs that include Y Combinator, Accel Atoms, Whiteboard Capital, Soma Capital among others, we are seeking to expand our team across the board.

Job role: Content & Design Interns

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

Please note that this is an on-site role.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough research in construction and building materials related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

* Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services* Generating ideas/graphics for new content types.* Research and create content for blogs and online publication channels5. Proofread and edit blog posts/articles before publication* Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles* Understanding of basic principles of graphic design.* Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

Requirements

* Graduates of any Architecture/Interior Design institute can apply.

* 0 - 2yr of work experience.* Good command over written and spoken english.
