Role Title: Senior UI & UX Designer

Role Mission: We are seeking a talented, highly organized, and proactive UI/UX Designer with experience working on multiple projects in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will lead the design phase of assigned projects, collaborating with our strategists from the wireframe phase until the design handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect results during development.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

  • Create impactful UX and visual design deliverables, such as wireframes, UI visual designs, lead-generation-focused websites, and B2B e-commerce websites.

  • Effectively communicate and present designs to clients, clearly explaining UI/UX decisions and gathering feedback in close collaboration with our team.

  • Provide accurate estimates of the effort required to create deliverables.

  • Update existing websites with layouts and designs that align with or enhance existing standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in designing websites across multiple devices, with a strong emphasis on layout, typography, color, media, and accessibility.

  • B2B design experience.

  • Attention to detail in your work.

  • Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, although coding skills are not required. This knowledge will help you better understand how web pages are coded and facilitate effective collaboration with our development team.

  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks on different projects.

  • Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your UI/UX design skills and creative thinking.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).

  • Extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

  • Available at least half the time during client hours (9 to 5 CST) for meetings. We are flexible with schedule but it is important that working hours accommodate client meeting needs, which typically take place in the morning US time.

Compensation

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD / year (based on experience and performance)
