As a Designer at Brokerage Growth, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our clients' branding, marketing materials, and online presence.
Responsibilities:
Branding and Identity: Collaborate with clients to develop strong and cohesive branding strategies that align with their unique vision and target audience.
Presentation and Pitch Decks: Create visually captivating and persuasive presentation and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients' brokerages.
Landing Page and Website Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly landing pages and websites that reflect our clients' brand identity and optimize lead generation.
Business Cards: Develop visually appealing and professional business card designs that showcase our clients' brand and leave a lasting impression.
Print Design: Create eye-catching print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, that effectively communicate key messages and promote our clients' services.
Collaborative Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to generate innovative design ideas and ensure a cohesive visual representation across various marketing channels.
Design Quality Control: Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, maintain consistency, and meet high-quality standards.
Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Designer, preferably within a marketing agency or real estate industry.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar software.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
