In this role you will:

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization;
• Work with admin tasks (ex: making salary payments, paying the bills and etc);
• Work together with companies' bookkeepers in the Netherlands;
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization;
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans;
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances;
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals, KPIs and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met;
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization;

• Mandatory knowledge of income tax regulations in Lithuania 
• Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential);
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst;
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills;

Salary: 1500-2500 after taxes (depending on experience) + bonus
