We’re hiring a Content Lead!
Dost is looking for a Content Lead. Someone with expertise in curriculum design, content development, and Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE). In the next 3 years, we aim to grow our product to different audiences and channels to bring responsive caregiving to millions more families. And we need someone to lead the way for curriculum & content.
Does the thought of spreading your work to different people (parents, teachers, field workers) in different ways (calls, messaging, social media, courses, workshops) excite you? Are you research-driven, user-centric, collaborative & experimental in your approach to developing curriculum and content? Then we would love to talk with you.
What will you do?
Curriculum development and content creation
We reach different users - caregivers of varying personas, government stakeholders, various geographies, other ECD functionaries
We reach via different channels - phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, workshops.
Both will expand and change as we grow.
You will build upon the current Dost curriculum strategy and lead future vision.
* Develop curriculum for different users and objectives.
* Lead content creation across channels, online products, and offline engagements.* For doing it use research and intuition based on user studies, data, academia, policy, and other insights.* Make quick iterations based on quantitative data, qualitative feedback, and experimentation.* Work with external partners for the above work wherever necessary.* Set up processes to do all this work suitable to gain efficiency for both you and your team.Leadership
This role also includes team and project management in addition to inidual contributions. You will
* Build, manage, & mentor the team you need to do everything listed above
* Work with the leadership team to build & lead content roadmap aligned with our org, product, & growth roadmaps.* Most projects would be collaborative, so do facilitate your team's collaborations with othersWhat are we looking for?
* Passion for content creation and early childhood development
* 3-5 years of experience in content creation, of which 2-3 years is in developing curriculum & content in the field of ECCE* Exceptional content creation skills, including a research mindset, strong writing skills, and design thinking* Expertise in ECD* Past experience in building and managing teams* Strong project management and leadership skills* Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally* Fluency in spoken and written Hindi & English.Perks and Benefits
