As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for publishing and maintaining all content on the Pinterest Business site, our main marketing channel for advertisers and creators. The role will partner with teams across writing, design, engineering and international to make sure all content is loaded, QA’d and kept up to date for campaigns, product launches and other key content initiatives. As Digital Content Coordinator, you’ll also train others on our CMS (content Management System) and produce regular reports on site performance. This is an entry-level position for someone who’s looking to break into content marketingand wants to work with one of the world’s most inspiring brands.
What you’ll do:
- Support Pinterest marketing teams around the globe by loading, publishing, QA’ing and updating content on Pinterest’s main B2B marketing site
- Troubleshoot issues with our CMS (content management system), train others on how to load content and keep documentation up to date
- Help international teams with publishing and maintaining localized content to make sure the site remains relevant and engaging for all 33 locales
- QA published content and engineering releases on the site
- Assist on special projects by working with writing, design, and other cross-functional teams to make sure campaigns launch on time and on message
- Write and distribute internal newsletter featuring site updates for internal cross functional stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of content or marketing experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross functional teams
- A problem solver: You handle moving targets, tight timelines and competing interests with grace and speed
- Attention to detail is your thing! You maintain a high degree of accuracy while adapting quickly to new information and new processes
- You’re someone who’ll relish becoming an expert in our CMS and sharing your expertise with your colleagues
- Handholding? No thanks. You’re self-motivated to take initiative and carry out tasks with minimal supervision
- You have excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- A background or interest in writing or content strategy is helpful but not required

- This is a temporary contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (PRO Unlimited) or by an agency supplier partner, and not an employee of Pinterest.
- All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, PRO Unlimited or the agency supplier partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
