The Contracts Administrator is responsible for new affiliation agreements and for ensuring current affiliation agreements are renewed and maintained, contributing to student retention and on-time placements. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:* Delivers on the contract process from inception to execution, while maintaining excellent communication with multiple stakeholders through that process.* Ensures contracts are processed and executed in a timely manner to support on-time student placement and student retention. * Communicates status updates to Placement Specialists on current caseload of contracts and clearances.* Ensures accuracy and details of the executed affiliation agreements are correct and appropriate.* Provides exceptional service, communication, and support to internal stakeholders, students, university partners and placement agencies throughout the placement lifecycle. * Identifies and administers placement agency clearances that are necessary for students to begin placement on time while coordinating with students, internal stakeholders, and university partners to ensure completion.  * Maintains Salesforce database to ensure accuracy of site/network coverage, requirements, and expiration dates.Things That Should Be In Your Background:Bachelor’s degree required1-2 years of administrative, healthcare or legal experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment highly preferredExceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database preferred; experience with Salesforce highly preferred* Previous experience in Education industry preferredExperience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders preferredBenefits & CultureOur global employee base is a erse collection of innovators, dreamers, and doers working together to transform lives through higher education.
