What you'll do

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of machine learning products in agreement with the global R&D roadmap including data gathering, data preparation, model development and evaluation following standard ML good practices. In collaboration with SEO and conversion experts, he will leverage big data to pioneer innovation in SEO, conversion optimisation or web development. This position reports to the Data Science Team Lead.

• Work closely with the rest of the R&D team to develop or adapt AI models that predict desired output leveraging big transversal and longitudinal data;
• Follow an agile and flexible team oragnisation in order to deliver optimal performance for each project; 
• You are a Data scientist who can:
  o Work closely with the stakeholders to define model requirements and evaluate results;
  o Collaborate with internal team members (SEO, Conversion, Data Engineers) on best practices, prioritization and developing end-to-end ML products;
  o Provide a very good understanding of methodology used and provide required training to non-expert stakeholders;
  o Deliver exceptional work and innovative models; on strategy and on-time;

What you'll bring

• Master's degree or equivalent in data science, or proven equivalent experience in a technical organization or related field;
• Experience in Machine learning is a must in at least one of the following applications (Reinforcement learning, clustering, supervised learning regression, classification);
• Experience in python programming;
• Attention to details and ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast environment;
• Strong analytic skills, able to analyze and interpret data and propose actionable insights;
• Strategic thinker, able to anticipate, think critically, evaluate, and act;
• A communicator and relationship builder, able to navigate effectively across organizations and culture.

Strong consideration will be provided to candidates that also offer the following:

• Experience with SQL or other DB queries
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira;
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Experience with NLP related Machine Learning
• Able to work with good code practices, Git, Unit testing
