QA Ninja/Trainee

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek to bring on a Software Quality Assurance Trainee for our QA NINJAS Team. We are seeking world-class, motivated, and passionate iniduals. You will be trained as a QA Tester and later on be helping our Ninjas team to ship great software. As a trainee you will join our training program, learn about Quality Assurance at Finalis from the hands of senior professionals, and be formed in tools and methodologies in order to join development teams and improve their quality. To be successful as a QA Ninja you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest software quality standards. We're looking for young professionals who are advanced in the Software Engineering career or about to finish.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attending and completing successfully our QA Mentoring program.

  • Willing to learn and reach Junior seniority after the Mentoring program is finished.

  • Testing our software increments and documenting bugs accordingly.

  • Redacting, reviewing and executing test cases.

  • Participating in Scrum Meetings and events.

 

Requirements:

  • Being an advanced Software Engineer student (or similar).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • No minimum experience in QA testing is required.

  • Attention to detail, a taste for methodologies and a sense of order.

  • Willing to learn and being part of a QA team.
