About the OpportunityJoin Kadena's creative team as a Motion Designer/Video Editor and delve into creating captivating and innovative animations and videos. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director, playing a pivotal role from the initial concept to the final video production. We value efficiency, creativity, and a commitment to high-quality work.This position will report directly to our Creative Director, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company. How You'll Make An Impact* Take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery at every stage.* Create engaging concepts, style frames, and storyboards for a erse range of projects, including 2D and 3D animations, and video editing.* Collaborate seamlessly with our design and marketing, contributing to an environment that values creativity and technical excellence.* Stay updated with current creative trends in visual effects and apply innovative approaches to your work.* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations, both creatively and technically.What Sets You Apart* 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.* Comprehensive understanding of video production and animation workflow.* Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects.* Knowledge of Cinema 4d and Redshift.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and minimal supervision.* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.* Artistic ability in asset and set development.* Familiarity with production pipelines and current creative trends.* Adaptability to new technologies and tools in the rapidly evolving field of motion graphics and video editing.* Technical Skills* Microsoft Windows or Mac OS Operating systems* Adobe After Effects,* Adobe Photoshop* Adobe Illustrator* Adobe Premiere* Cinema 4D/RedShift* X-Particles (Bonus)* GSG Products (Bonus)* Figma (Bonus)Kadena requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
