We need a leader to own and grow the global Rappi Prime business. This leader needs to work across the entire Rappi company to accelerate Prime as Rappi’s primary source of growth, engagement and profitability.

**

Need to be able to execute across every area of Rappi:
**

  1. General manager: Create the quarterly plan to grow Prime and hit the quarterly plan. Report on Prime weekly and improve Prime daily. Develop world class reporting and be a world class communicator that keeps the whole company on the same page.
  2. Product: Develop and launch new features and benefits in the app that accelerate Prime adoption and retention and make the Prime program more valuable.
  3. Marketing / Growth: Create plans and campaigns alongside the Marketing team to develop the PRime Prime and acquire new subscribers.
  4. Partnerships: Source, sign and execute net new partnerships that will drive incremental Prime sign-ups and retention. Think free spotify when you subscribe to Prime or free hotel stays when you are Prime Plus.
  5. Commercial: Source exclusive promotions and content from our existing Restaurant and CPG partners. Set goals for local teams and commercial teams to achieve this at scale.

What success in this role looks like:
**

  1. Prime subscriber targets are achieved alongside engagement and profitability targets.
  2. Every team at Rappi has a Prime goal. Country GMs are pushing Prime and have distinct Prime goals. Global product teams are all working towards Prime growth as well.

**

What we need from this leader on a daily basis:
**

  1. Obsess over performance. Should be looking at Prime reporting in the morning and take action by the afternoon based on yesterday’s performance.
  2. Relentless follow-up to enforce accountability & build relationships. When every team has a Prime goal, we need to ensure they are tracked, teams are accountable and goals are hit. We need every global team and every country team at Rappi to build Prime with us and have a great relationship with Prime.
  3. Commercial and quantitative. Can put on a merchant hat for a Prime promo negotiation and can put on a data scientist hat to run complex a/b tests.
  4. Growth hack and build. Can generate incremental sign-up quickly with a promo in the short term. Can develop net-new benefits that make the Prime program better in the long term.
  5. Operate Local: Understand the needs of every Rappi market and launch new programs to make Prime win in those markets.
  6. Leader: Direct reports on the Prime team have a great leader that they trust. Other teams want to work with the Prime team because of your leadership and mentorship
