US based Venture Studio is looking for a colleague who will oversee SR. UI/UX and the whole design of our B2B SaaS product for the North America market.
This role is expected to be a hands-on designer with a bias for testing, iterating, and incorporating feedback to enhance the user experience. They will take the initiative to identify design needs across the organization as well as executing on the solutions. They are expected to be very collaborative, working closely with our engineering teams to develop world class products.
Responsibilities:
• Create topnotch web and mobile application product designs
• Design custom scenarios and create detailed prototypes.
• Conduct usability research and competitive UI/UX analysis.
• Continuously work on developing and improving the design system.
• Interact with the development team, offering solutions based on the timing and complexity of implementation.
• Control the quality of design implementation (design review).
• Efficiently manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in web application interfaces (UI/UX) for 5+ years.
• Working with B2B SaaS products for 3+ years.
• Exceptional portfolio with strong visual design
• Understands the principles of usability research and could conduct it by itself.
• "Figma master" (components/styles/auto layouts), understands composition and typography, attentive to details.
• Strong understanding of web application and interactive design
• Advanced experience in WIX or alternatives
• Professional in the English language, both verbal and written
Additional Requirements:
• Extended hours and weekend work may be required to support critical project and mission milestones.
