As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
Develop and Revise HR Policies: You will play a critical role in the ongoing development and
refinement of HR policies to ensure alignment with our organisational goals and industry best practices.Manage Negotiations and Administration of HR Benefits: Your expertise will be instrumental
in negotiating and administrating HR benefits, ensuring that our employees receive the support they need to thrive.Offer Timely and Effective Support for HR-Related Issues: You will serve as a reliable point
of contact for addressing HR-related issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to support our employees and maintain a positive work environment.Challenges:
As a Senior HR Specialist at Invisible, you will face unique challenges including:
Establishing Efficient Protocols and Processes within the HR Department: You will play a
crucial role in establishing efficient protocols and processes to streamline HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Adapting to the Unique Dynamics of a Non-Traditional HR Environment: Given the
dynamic nature of our organization, you will need to be adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of our erse workforce.Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
3-4 Years of Demonstrable Experience in Startup HR with a Focus on Scalability: Were
looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in navigating the unique challenges of startup HR environments and scaling HR operations to support organisational growth.Proficiency with CRM and ATS Systems: Experience with Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be highly advantageous in this role.Compensation: Dependant on Experience
