Customer Success Agent (Latin America candidates ONLY)

Vendoo is seeking a Customer Success Agent who is responsible for developing customer relationships and playing a crucial role in promoting retention and loyalty.

What do we offer?

* Pay in USD through Deel.

* Fully remote.
* Yearly Team retreats.

Responsibilities

* Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments.

* Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Clearly articulate Vendoo’s value in a way that resonates with the industry, and drives our product adoption and advocacy.
*  Mastery of the software and full understanding of all aspects of online reselling.
*  Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
*  Respond back to all incoming user messages in a timely manner.
*  Assist other team members when needed with user’s complaint queries.
*  Provide video call support to help answer user issues.

Requirements

* A lot of proactivity and good communication with all team members.

* Experience with reselling and understanding of how items are sold/purchased online.
* Experience with Intercom and online customer support.
* Comfortable in getting on one-on-one video calls and group video calls to explain the software and assist with any questions.
* Great with working in a team and being able to communicate effectively.
* Reside/Be located in Latin America* Be open to follow the schedule* Afternoon Shift (From 14:00-22:00 EST)
* Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday (TBD)
