RedBrick AI is a web-based platform for building datasets for training radiology AI algorithms. for Our application is used by advanced AI teams and radiologists at leading organizations like Mass General Brigham, Rapid AI, Qure AI, Prenuvo, and Olea Medical. Our platform features complex user interfaces for manipulating and displaying 3D medical imagery as well as simpler project management dashboards. We place a strong emphasis on attention to detail and simplicity, as well as performance and aesthetics. What will you do
* Develop a comprehensive internal model of our customers, including their values and product usage.
* Collaborate closely with Product Leadership to influence the product roadmap.* Work cross-functionally to propose new features and improvements that align with our product and business objectives.* Manage the entire design cycle, from defining requirements to wireframing to creating detailed designs on Figma.Who you are
* We require several years of experience in designing SaaS applications, with a significant bonus if you have worked on deep-technology applications.
* It is a bonus if you have working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JS.* We expect you to strongly align with our product development ethos, which includes:* A strong desire to build world-class products. * The ability to design for the long term while remaining agile in the face of rapid sprints in startup product development. * A deep understanding of customer problems and behaviors that guide decision-making. * What we value most in design:* Close attention to detail. * The ability to simplify complex interactions. * The ability to absorb industry knowledge and gain a good understanding of our customers' problems. * Competency in using Figma and maintaining an organized Figma document.",
