MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive company growth: Shape design department workflows, stay updated on trends, and evolve the gtlogic brand.
Empower your team: Hire and manage talent, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project delivery.
Client management: Identify client needs, maintain clear communication, and present team's designs effectively.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years in tech industry and multidisciplinary design
5+ years in UI/UX design
Experience Level: Entry-level Management
Agile software development experience
Human-centered, data-driven design process
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
