* Lead end-to-end international tech recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their tech recruitment needs, devising tailored strategies. Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
* Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with erse backgrounds for each of your roles. Utilize a erse range of sourcing methods, including networking, tech forums, job boards, and social media, to build a robust global candidate pipeline.
* Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with tech role specifications and company culture.
* Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights.
* Stay updated on tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to offer expert guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain meticulous and organized records within our applicant tracking system.
* Collaborate strategically with the People team and leadership to align hiring efforts with organizational goals & drive initiatives around e.g., employer branding, DE&I, or Hiring excellence independently, contributing to the company's overall success.

* Strong track record in Technical Recruitment from a top-tier recruitment agency and/or in-house with a tier-1 technology company.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
* A passion for building healthy, impactful teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

* An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
* An ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do).
